Terms of Service

Basic terms for using Keshro during early access.

Effective date: March 11, 2026

01

Service Provider

Keshro is currently offered and operated by Josh Lewittes as an individual (not yet a separate legal entity).

02

Service Scope

Keshro provides AI-assisted project planning, execution coordination, and analysis outputs, including task plans, risk assessments, effort estimates, and execution guidance. Your source code stays on your machine — Keshro stores coordination state, not code. Outputs are decision-support tools and are not a substitute for legal, security, tax, or compliance advice.

03

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before execution, validating assumptions, and confirming production readiness in your own environments. You must only upload or provide data you are authorized to use.

04

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account access. You may not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with service operations, or access systems without authorization.

05

Data Handling

Use of the service is also governed by the Data & Privacy page. By using Keshro, you consent to processing of submitted project context and approved connected-account metadata to generate plans, analysis, and execution coordination. Your source code is never stored or transmitted. Aggregate-only product improvement is the default unless you choose a broader learning mode.

06

Retention and Deletion

Active project records, plans, and connected-account snapshots are retained until you delete them or request deletion. In-product deletion actions take effect immediately. Manual follow-up requests are handled within 30 days. Source code is never stored. Raw run details are never shared across organizations.

07

Availability and Changes

Keshro is in active early access development. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We may update these Terms as the product evolves.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keshro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for final implementation decisions and outcomes.
